Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. Most orders ship from our fulfillment partner within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We frequently run free-shipping promotions on U.S. orders, and any active offer is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

International Orders
At this time we do not ship outside the United States. If this changes, this policy will be updated with international rates and timelines.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at sisnake209@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
